The 4 hour package is designed around a foundation of 2 Coaching & 2 Reiki treatments. The first session is always 1 hour to begin. You may also a choose a Reiki treatment followed by a coaching session structured around your current situation. These are both healing and powerful for relaxation, calming, clarity and transformational shifts in conscious thought. Sessions are combined for effectiveness: I added the option for Reiki because during exams, revision, life experiences, they can provide vital support to the bodies nervous system, brain function and performance.
